What the name means
The nine rasas — from joy to wonder to stillness — are the full spectrum of human feeling. We named this restaurant after that idea because a meal worth remembering should touch more than your palate.
No coloring, no shortcuts
Our butter chicken gets its golden hue from turmeric, cream, and time — never added food coloring. That small choice tells you exactly where this kitchen stands.
North and South, together
Our menu travels from tandoor-fired breads and rich Northern gravies to the brighter, bolder flavors of the South. The murals on our walls aren't decoration — they're a declaration.
